The Debden & District Chamber of Commerce is a group of business people and professionals who care about our community.  Our goal is to work together to ensure that Debden remains a vibrant, progressive community – a community that we are proud to call home and a good place to conduct business.

 

Membership Benefits

Lobbying:
“There is strength in Numbers” the chamber speaks as a united voice representing small business wwhen lobbying for issues that concern our community.
Information:
Members are kept up to date on Chamber events with monthly meetings. The chamber also invites Guest Speakers to their Annual General Meeting.
Networking:
Opportunities to network with other business people and professionals flourish. The Chamber’s Annual Christmas Dine and Dance. As well, our monthly meetings are set in a relaxed Luncheon meeting format to allow all to share their ideas.
Community Promotion:
Programs such as the Chamber bi-annual Trade Show, the Christmas Sleigh Ride and Caroling are just a few of the things to show our pride in Debden and its people. This is our way to give back to our community.
Shop Debden:
Promotions are designed to encourage people to “Shop in Debden” Passport to Easter is just one of the things we do. Preference is given to promotions that encourage participation from all businesses, not just retail.
Community Safe:
The Chamber of Commerce tries to keep our village safe. Recently installing several street cameras to monitor our streets day and night.
Medical Plans for Employers and Employees:
Being a member of our chamber you are eligible to get a medical and dental plan for any amount of people in your business. Weather you are self employed or have a large staff there is something for you and a percentage of the premiums go back to our chamber.
